Normally, this is not possible because of our tight cleaning schedule. If you are interested in a late check-out, give us a call in advance of your arrival so we can see if there is an option to make an exception.

To do a late check-out until 14:00, the price  is €25,-.
To do a late check-out between 14:00 and 18:00, the price is 1/2 of the price of the next day.

The minimum stay at Cityden serviced apartments is seven nights, and the maximum stay is six months.

At Cityden hotel apartments, the minimum stay is three nights.

Yes, towels and toiletries are available in the apartment.

The safety deposit of €350 is only an authorisation on your credit card, so Cityden actually does not take any money from your card. This safety deposit is to ensure that the Cityden standing rules are respected. The block on your credit card will be cancelled automatically after five to ten working days, depending on your bank.

Yes, we do. All of our apartments are equipped with one baby bed. If you need an extra bed for your stay, please contact us for availability. It should be noted that these cots are not provided with a blanket.

Our apartments are not equipped with a locker. However, all of our apartments are located in very safe areas, and you will be the only one with a key.

Non-refundable reservations: please note, that if a reservation is cancelled or modified, or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Fully flexible reservation: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

It is always possible to park your car near the premises. This will cost approximately 3 to 5 euros per hour, depending on the area where you are. Furthermore, there is a couple of P+R parking areas. These areas are much cheaper. You pay per day, and public transport tickets are included. For further information, go to this page.

In all apartments, smoking is not allowed.

The best option is a rented locker at Amsterdam Central Station. It is open from 07:00 to 22:45. Luggage lockers are located in the terminals. For small items, you need to pay €3.18 per day; for medium-sized items, you need to pay €4.08 per day; and for large items, you need to pay €4.99 per day. For extra large luggage, you need to pay €8.17 per day.
