Do your apartments have a bath?

Our modern bathrooms feature a refreshing rainshower that is every bit as relaxing as a bath, but our apartments donʼt have a tub.

Do the apartments have a washing dryer combination?

We have a dedicated, coin-operated laundry room on floor -1. A wash costs just €4,- and coins can be purchased from our Daymakers at the reception desk, who can also help you if you are struggling to get that washing machine to spin!

Do your apartments have a balcony?

If you are lucky enough to be staying in one of our Lofts or Penthouses you will have your own outside space. Lofts have a private patio and the Penthouses have an impressive rooftop terrace.

When will my apartment be cleaned?

Our daymakers will bring you fresh towels and bathroom bits every other day. The entire apartment will get a thorough once over every week but
if you would like an extra spruce, that can be arranged for a supplement of €30,- for Studio or Studio XL rooms, or
€50,- for all remaining apartment types.

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

Cityden is a non-smoking property, so smoking is not permitted in the rooms, on the terraces or patios, or in the nearby park.

Can I register at the Cityden address?

It is certainly possible if you are relocating to the Netherlands and staying longer than 14 nights. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 3 business days to set up the document. We do require the full name and birth date and there is a handling fee of €50,00.

Does Cityden BoLo District offer parking facilities?

Yes, we offer parking facilities for €12.50 per day, but please note that spots are limited.

Eat & drink

Do we serve breakfast?

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at Luciaʼs on the ground floor. Open on Monday – Friday from 07:00-11:00h and on Saturday – Sunday from 08:00-11:00h, pre-booked it costs €18,50 per person.

When is your restaurant & bar open?

Luciaʼs is open from 07:00 – 22:00 for a light bite, filling meal or thirst quenching drink.

Do you have vegan and vegetarian options?

We sure do! If you canʼt find something to tickle your fancy among the meat-free dishes on our menu, just let our chef know so he can create a vegan or vegetarian version of your favourite dish.

Can I take away my order?

We donʼt have takeaway options at the moment…but we are working on it!

Can I work in the restaurant?

No problem. Find a nice comfy corner, order a coffee and get productive.

Do we offer a meeting space?

Yes we do offer a meeting space! We are able to arrange our meeting space according to your needs. For more information please contact meetings@cityden.com

Is AV included?

There is a high-tech smart TV, simply connect your device wirelessly and get started.

Whatʼs included in the meeting pack?

Everything you may need! Bottomless coffee and tea to fuel a productive day, water to stay fresh and hydrated and plenty of writing materials. We will also have a spread of fruit and snacks ready for you during your break, with both sweet and savoury options so you can choose whether a sugar rush or something healthy and nutritious would be more beneficial.

Can I have a working lunch in the meeting space?

Our chefs have that covered! Let us bring you a homemade soup, selection of focaccia and a salad, or upgrade to a scrummy 2-course lunch for an extra €8,-

Does the Penthouse have AV capabilities?

Yep, a TV-screen with Apple TV to present wireless and WiFi is free and lightin fast. Oh and have you seen the windows? Go crazy with your creative brainstorm!
