Extra cleaning measures and services
We want you to feel extra safe and comfortable in our fully equipped dens. Besides the convenient fact that you can be completely self-sufficient, with your own fully equipped kitchen, we have stepped up our cleaning game even more.
Meaning, every apartment and meeting room will get an extra deep cleaning after use and all our public areas will be cleaned multiple times a day, with a focus on high-touch areas like door handles, buttons, flat surfaces and light switches. You will also find hand sanitizers throughout all our aparthotels and in the apartments. Keeping your safe and clean!
Don’t feel like going outside? Our aparthotels got you covered with a breakfast bag, room service and a marketplace full of travel essential and snacks.
Please let us know in advance or during your stay if there is anything we can do to make you feel right at home. And if you don’t feel like going outside, we are more than happy doing your groceries.
Temporary changes in our cancellation policy
These are difficult times, also in our business. Following the changes of the guidelines concerning the Corona virus, announced last weekend by the Dutch government, we have decided to temporarily change our cancellation policy.
At first we would like to point out that if you decide to book a non-refundable rate, you confirm to these terms & conditions. This means that you receive a discount on our flexible rate and in return immediately pay the full booking amount and waive the option to cancel or change your reservation and/or claim any kind of refund due to any circumstances.
Since we feel that the current circumstances are so unusual, we would like to offer you a solution to be more flexible with these conditions, as following:
Cityden is offering the possibility to re-book all non-refundable reservations with arrival dates till and inclusive the 30th of April 2020 (this date has been chosen aligned with guidelines of the Dutch government with regards to the current bans in the Hospitality (until further notice))
All guests arriving till this date are entitled to re-booked their current non-refundable reservation to a new arrival date, latest to be the 28th of February 2021
The deposit that has been made will remain as a deposit for the future reservation and the non-refundable terms will still be applicable on the new reservation
The full amount of the current deposit need to be used (so a 3 night stay can be changed in 2 nights, but Cityden will not do any refund if the price of the new booking will be lower)
In case a new date is priced higher, the guests can choose to confirm the new rate and pay the additional amount immediately
Guests can make a decision for the new arrival date on a later stage, but all claims on deposits will expire by the 31st of December 2020
In case we do not receive an answer from you, or request to re-book to a later stage, bookings which will turn into a no-show will not be entitled for a re-booking
The re-booking to a new date is always subject to availability
Please let us know if you wish to use the option to cancel your booking and keep the booking amount available for a future reservation. If so, we need to ask you to confirm this as soon as possible with our Cityden Reservations Team via firstname.lastname@example.org, if possible already including your desired new travel dates.
If none of the above applies we are not able to cancel your reservation free of charge and make any refunds. We advise to contact your travel insurance directly.
